Make-ups

In order to provide each family with the highest quality experience possible, we offer the following Make-Up Procedure:

We encourage you to attend your regularly scheduled class. However, for your convenience, each registered child is allowed, but not guaranteed, up to 3 make-ups per semester on a first-come, first-served, honor-system basis. If you wait until the end of the session to do your make-ups, you may find that all the spots have already been taken by other families, and then you won’t be able to find a convenient make-up class. Check the ONLINE MAKE-UP SCHEDULER for availability.

Please note that any unused make-up classes do not carry over to the next semester.

Once your make-up is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you are unable to attend your make-up class for any reason, please cancel the make-up by selecting “Cancel Make-Ups” so that another family can have the opportunity to schedule a make-up on that day.

If you know that you are going to be absent, please call the office or send an e-mail to the director so that we can make your space available to another family who needs a make-up class. If you have any questions, please contact us.
